TimeTrex Mobile enables employees to easily track their attendance from any location, even without an internet connection. It is particularly well-suited for individuals in fields such as home care and trade professions, where movement between job sites is frequent. Attendance data is transmitted to the TimeTrex server, where business rules and policies are applied. Supervisors are promptly informed of any exceptions, such as late arrivals, early departures, or missed punches, facilitating efficient payroll processing through just a few clicks.

FEATURES

<li>Record time worked within Branches and Departments (Professional Edition).</li>
<li>Record time worked on Jobs (Projects) and Tasks (Corporate Edition).</li>
<li>Easily transition between Branch/Department/Job (Project)/Task in a single operation.</li>
<li>Team Punch feature allows users to select their entire team/crew and record attendance collectively.</li>
<li>GPS location is captured with each punch, with the option to enforce GEO fences.</li>
<li>Monitor time allocated for Lunch and Breaks.</li>
<li>Custom notes and fields can be included with each punch.</li>
<li>Access upcoming scheduled shifts.</li>
<li>Submit requests to supervisors.</li>
<li>Review and validate timesheets.</li>
<li>Offline mode enables continued punch recording even without an internet connection; data is synchronized automatically once connectivity is reestablished.</li>

KIOSK MODE
<ul>
<li>Transform any tablet or phone into a robust stationary (wall-mounted) or mobile time clock.</li>
<li>Biometric facial recognition and photo capturing can be activated for each punch to prevent buddy punching.</li>
<li>Employees can utilize QR codes for instant clock in/out using the camera.</li>
</ul>
